Staff your weekendwithout the panic.
Gig Church connects ministries with vetted preachers, worship leaders, tech crews, and youth workers — available this Sunday. Post a shift, get matched, and book in minutes.
Every gap, covered
From a last-minute pulpit to a missing drummer, find the right person for the role and the theology.
Pulpit Supply
Guest speakers, retired pastors, seminary students and itinerant ministers — ready for sabbaticals, sick leave, or last-minute absence.
Worship & Music
Freelance musicians, vocalists and guest worship leaders who can step in when your drummer, bassist, or lead is out.
Tech & Production
Sound engineers, slide operators, live-stream techs and lighting directors for reliable weekend execution.
Children & Youth
Vetted childcare workers and guest youth facilitators for weekends when volunteer coverage runs thin.
From panic to pulpit in four steps
No group texts. No guilt. Just a clear path to a covered weekend.
Post a shift
Describe the role, date, theology, and compensation. It takes two minutes — no phone tree required.
Get matched
Available, vetted talent within your radius see the request and respond. Filter by theology, demo reel, and reviews.
Book & confirm
Agreements on honorarium, travel, and expectations are handled upfront. Automated 1099s keep it clean.
Rate & rebook
Two-sided reviews build trust. Rebook your favorites with one tap the next time you're in a bind.

Marcus Bell
Guest Preacher · M.Div
Former lead pastor transitioning into itinerant preaching. Preaches expository series with cultural clarity. Comfortable across liturgical and contemporary settings.
Grace Whitfield
Worship Leader · Vocalist
Touring worship leader who has led at conferences and mid-size churches across the Southeast. Adaptive setlists, strong vocals, comfortable leading a band cold.
Daniel Okafor
Drummer · Music Director
Studied drummer and weekend MD. Reads a room fast, locks with the bass, and can chart a full service on the fly. Great with volunteer musicians.
Sofia Reyes
FOH Sound Engineer
Front-of-house engineer who mixes bands and spoken word with equal care. Brings her own templates, calibrates the room fast, and trains your volunteers while she's there.
Rev. Samuel Adeyemi
Guest Preacher · Anglican
Retired rector with a gift for the liturgical calendar. Preaches from the lectionary, leads Communion, and mentors younger clergy. Travels widely.
Hannah Brooks
Youth Pastor · Coordinator
Youth coordinator who designs a full weekend — games, teaching, small groups — so your regulars can rest. Safety-first and deeply prepared.
Built for the weight of ministry
Booking a stranger into your pulpit or your children's room is serious. Gig Church treats it that way.
Theological alignment
Every profile carries denomination and theology tags so you match on conviction, not just availability.
Background checks
Mandatory for children & youth roles. Verified references and safety certifications are surfaced on every profile.
Demo reels
Worship leaders and preachers share audio and video so you can hear them before you book.
Two-sided reviews
Churches rate talent on punctuality and fit; talent rates churches on hospitality and communication.
"Our worship leader was out at 9pm Saturday. By 11pm we had a Nashville vocalist confirmed, charts sent, and a calm Sunday morning. Gig Church gave us our weekend back."
